Insulated Air Flue System

Designed in Norway to meet the challenges of the Scandinavian environment, VisionLINE AFS+ offers on all the advantages of an insulated flue solution, including improved draw, up to 95% noise reduction, a full powder-coated finish and durable stainless steel & carbon construction. As an insulated flue system, it prevents heat loss by eliminating the need for room air to cool the flue, enhancing energy efficiency.

In addition, VisionLINE AFS+ features a unique coaxial design allowing it to draw combustion air from outside. The inner 150mm active flue pipe is wrapped in Morgan Ceramic insulation, while a 25mm air gap between the inner and outer pipes enables outside air to flow directly to the unit’s air intake, creating a balanced flue fireplace. By using outside air your appliance will ignite faster, heat more efficiently and burn longer.

VisionLINE AFS+ also includes EN/CE certified twist lock joints and Safety Vent componentry to enable passive construction compliance. The AFS+ system has been tensile, compression and wind tunnel tested allowing for up to 3 metres of unsupported flue from the ceiling brace.
