Please complete the following form and submit with as much information and photos if possible. On receipt of the completed form our Technical Advisor will acknowledge the complaint and discuss the next steps.
Note: No warranty work is to proceed without an authorisation number provided by The Fireplace.The appliance Serial Number will be required to submit your warranty request.
